How long does it last on lace front? How long can I keep it in?

It last on the lace front about a week. If you sweat during workout, it last a shorter time. I would recommend using C-22 citrus solvent to get the glue off your lace front & make sure the bottle is closed well after use. It works well & smell good also.

Does it have a brush to apply the glue..?

It depends on who you purchase your Ultra Hold from. Example: If you look at our listing from PERVANA CORPORATION you will see the correct updated picture that always includes a brush built withing the cap. We just don't sell it without. If you don't like the built in brush, all you do is pull off the brush from the cap and it is easy removed. The picture you sent me with this message is of old inventory from over 1 1/2 years ago and has no brush showing in the picture. Could be actual old product or that seller just dont update their listing. BUYER BEWARE!

Does it break your hairline?

If you don't remove or properly I'm sure it can. As long as you use the right tools to remove you will not have this problem.
