As someone who struggles with low energy and mood during the dark months, I was keen to try this promising combination of supplements. After taking them daily for a little over a month, I do think I've seen a slight improvement compared to my usual handful of assorted, energy-focused supplements - enough to convince me to buy more to see out January and February, despite the ultra-premium pricing. Epigenetics seem to be very careful about what they put into their supplements, which I appreciate: I'm always confident that I'm taking exactly what they say I'm taking and that they've maximised the bioavailability of the active ingredients. The flat, plastic box used across the Epigenetics range has a foil safety seal and is a space-saving, practical choice. I'd always prefer non-plastic packaging, particularly at this high price point, but the plastic is convenient. There's no odour or aftertaste with these capsules, which is a big plus. I'm not particularly fussy, but the smell of some other B vitamin pills puts me right off! The capsules are on the big side, but I've had no trouble swallowing them. I'd love to make Epigenetics my main/only brand for supplements, but the prices are unfortunately beyond my budget for routine use. Are they worth it? Are they good value for money at these prices? I suspect they may be, that their effectiveness beats cheaper brands, but I can't afford a long enough trial with any of their supplements to make sure. I'm happy enough to buy another box of these to see me through the rest of the winter, though, which is a big vote of confidence from me.

I've been using several supplements from this brand, usually tested via Kinesiology and its really good quality. Especially the B-complex. I use it daily along with Vit C powder, D3 and Omega.

I could not bring myself to pay the current price for a two month supply. This is a lot to pay for a supplement, especially if, like me, you take lots of different ones. However, what a wonderful supplement, ticking absolutely all the boxes. Delayed release, a whole battery of vitamins and minerals. (Thirteen different items.) I am thrilled to read, "Made with no additives, fillers, colours, or flavourings" and "produced in the UK under strict GMP standards". Vegans too can relax. We need take only one a day. I like that these are capsules rather than tablets. I find tablets, however small, are harder to swallow than capsules of any size. These are quite small. The white plastic box is small (3"x4.25" / 7.5cmx11cm) and flat. However I do wish it was not plastic. A re-sealable pouch would be every bit as letterbox friendly and pose less of an environmental problem when it is empty. Imagine how many of these plastic boxes Epigenetics sends out in a year. Where are they going to go when, soon enough, they are empty? And there is the nasty suspicion that the plastic box may be transferring plastic micro particles to the contents, and hence to us. I've been taking these B complex Delayed release Capsules for three weeks and have noticed I have less of an afternoon slump and have more energy. I have one capsule with breakfast and this letterboc-friendly container has a two month supply. A little on the expensive side but this Epigenetics brand is pure quality. They are made in the UK and are vegan plus they are free from artificial preservatives and fillers. Highly recommended.

This supplement contains some great ingredients and the quality seems to be really good. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach. They come sealed in a flat space-saving container. They contain a good dosage and I appreciate that they don’t contain any unnecessary additives or fillers. It’s too early to comment on the benefits yet but they are very promising
