So, when you say that the flavor comes from natural sweet corn flavor, does that mean it is a distillation of corn? Or, is there something else that

Hello, This product is a natural flavor intended to give the flavor of sweet corn. It does not contain any corn derivatives. Thank you kindly in advance. Sincerely, Amoretti

Proplene Glycol is NOT a natural ingredient!!!

What's the shelf life on this product?

Hello, Shelf life of our Sweet Corn Extract is 3 years. However, you can contact us directly through orders@amoretti.com, providing us with the lot number on the bottle and we can give you a more definite answer. Thanks, Valerie Reyes Amoretti

How much should be used to make cornbread, and how many pans of cornbread can you get out of one bottle?

I used 2 tsp Amoretti to make cornbread in a 8x8 pan, so the 2 ounce bottle should be enough for 6 batches.
