Really well built and easy to use. I used it to control the block heater on my diesel truck this winter so the heater doesn't waste energy and run all night. I turned it on ~3 hours before I leave for work in the morning and it was perfect. Also has a rechargeable internal battery so doesn't lose programming or time if you unplug it to move it, which is AWESOME for a timer of this price point. I've seen more expensive ones that can't do this.

I've now burned through at least 4 outdoor timers. They seem to make it through about a year. I will have to see what the life on this one is. I use these to connect to my low voltage transformer that powers my yard lights. I always like having ones that have two outlets, not just one. It is also frustrating to try to set them up indoors, unplug them, have them lose your set up, and have to set them up again once plugged outside. With this one, you have a battery back up so you can set it up indoors. Unlike the last one I owned, this one will quickly allow you to set all 7 days for the same time without having to set each day individually. I also like that I can hit a button, switch to manual, and test my lights to see if they are working or not. What seems to do these digital outdoor ones in is weather. Once they get too wet, they tend to fail. So we will see how this one fairs. It does have a cover, which hopefully will help.

For the price this is a solid product. I bought it because it has a cover and is weather proof. It can run up to eight different on/off programs and can be operated manually. The only drawbacks i have found is that it only stores time. It does not store date. So it cannot automatically change for daylight savings time and it cannot be programmed for dusk/dawn. It is simply a digital version of the classic motorized dial with pegs. The other inconvenience is that to turn it on or off manually, it must be taken out of auto mode. I am using it to control UV lights in an outdoor pond and it would have been nice to be able to manually turn the lights off without taking it out of auto mode. But an easy solution... I just unplug the UV light when servicing the light. None of this is reason to remove a star. It functions exactly as advertised and is priced appropriately for its capability.

This thing works great and easy to install takes a little bit to figure out the programming but once you do its easy. Bought to have my mom's pool pump plugged in to help save on electric

This is the timer to buy! I’ve tried several digital timers before and this one is the best. Others are hard to program and not reliable. This one is awesome with individual days to easily program and even saves it if there is a power outage. It also has a nice cover. Note! When you first plugged in the MASA manual. You’d have to hold down the manual button for about five seconds to return it to automatic before you program it. Also, after your program it, you must hit the manual button one more time to switch it to the automatic program. Very important. I use this timer for my hot tub. Go overnight. It doesn’t use any electricity.

instructions are inadequate, yet very wordy. at least two places a paragraph is repeated. but that effort should have gone into more complete instructions.. FOR INSTANCE: Must be in the proper mode or all your program efforts are wasted. Also to enter a program when timer is in some other status, you must just wait and do nothing for 3 minutes, and it will shift back into RUN mode, then you can press PROG and start entering your times. If you press RESET you start over again, cause it all gets wiped. I've programmed fifty different types of weekly thermostats.. none of them were this obtuse/inscrutable/dumb. All that aside, it works well and i 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 buy it again.. but i suspect many people would stick it back in the box and return it IF they needed other than the standard Mon-Fri. FOR INSTANCE: to change the time (daylight savings time) at any point, you can press HOUR or MINUTE and reset the time.. Dumb instructions do not tell you that. The DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME instructions don't actually work. During power outage, timer will remember your settings (No idea how long.. hours/days?) There are preset DAY programs (sun-sat, mon-Fri, tue-thurs, and 7 individual days. To set up Tu, We, Th, Fr, Sat... you need to make 5 programs, one for each day. BUT at least that is an option, and i got lots of programming practice doing it over and over and over.

This timer is awesome. I can set it to go off every day,mon-fri, or only a certain day. I use mine on the monday-friday setting for work as it gets cold in the winter and it helps jump start my truck for the cold(plugged in heater block). It's very easy to use and has a back up battery so when you unplug it or it accidentally unplugs itself you don't lose your settings

Buen producto. Ya tengo varias semanas usándolo y ha funcionado bien. Es fácil de programar. Pero las instrucciones solamente vienen en inglés.

Great timer. Used for our pool pump until the proper timer was repaired. Easy to program and worked great.

Totalmente recomendado, facil de programar, puedes tener varios horarios de encendido al mismo tiempo, me fue muy útil.
