Exactly as described! Weighted aromatherapy crescent shaped neck wrap in a well made removable cover! Feels kinda velvety against my skin. Fits evenly over my shoulders and across my neck. Perfect amount of weight evenly distributed throughout the pillow. I plan to put it in a spa warmer for use throughout the day. Retains heat nicely and fully coves my neck and shoulders. Easy to use and maintain. Wonderful scent and definitely not overpowering at all. Very calming especially when heated up. Bought this to use as upper and lower heat pad for my wrist and fingers. I have just recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and the heat really feels good on my wrist. It’s also great for headaches and body ache relief as well. It smells wonderful too.

Love it. This is very relaxing. The scent is lught. But very calming. I have only used with heat.

DreamTime is the only brand I will buy. This is the second neck wrap I’ve purchased. Not sure when I purchased my last one. It’s not overly scented. It stays warm. It’s so comfortable. Don’t microwave more than a minute at a time. It will burn the contents. I usually microwave for one minute. Turn it over and go for another minute. I’ve returned a lot of neck wraps. I think this one is the best.
