Great connection piece
Bought this for work a work head set that did not come with a mute option, this had mute button and a light that showed if you were muted or not .

Poor quality
The cord stated that it replaced the Poly DA80, This it did. unfortunately that is all it did. It did not work. Using this cord I was unable to transmit (Talk) nor was I able to receive clearly. To me this item was not worth the effort it took to purchase it and return it to Amazon.

LED lights are not visible enough.
Obviously whomever designed the audio headset adapter did not use it. The LED lights are practically invisible unless the the control module is facing directly at my eyes. I use the light to see when my microphone is muted or not. It would be nice to have a little clip to clip the little cable onto my shirt.
