I have a combination of 3a and b. Will this product be to heavy for my hair or will it depend on how much i use? My hair need the moisture

Hello, I've just been using the LOC method. My L(liquid) is water, O (oil) is either my own special mix or Jamaican castor oil and C(cream) is the Eden Curl Defining Cream. I separate my hair into 4 sections after a wash. If some of the water post-wash has evaporated, I spritz a little more on, the work through some oil (small amount) and cream from root to tip. I use this for a wash and go. It keeps my hair (3C/4A) nice and soft.

Can I use this product everyday and is it safe to sleep with it ? No hair loss at all ??

I use this product with coconut oil in my weekly hair regimen. I usually apply when wet and go to bed. I never rinse out. No hair loss. This product works great for me! I love it!
