I have 30, but if you're like anyone else who is used to taking pre-workout you'll be taking two scoops. So your only really gunna get 15 servings out of it.

I read ingredients no trace of arginine.

I have never taken it as a post workout. I am sort of stimulant sensitive. I suppose it would have to depend on what your caffeine intake is and what your pre is. I usually stack it with hemavol for energy and a pump boost.
