BX3 Pair 3.5-inch Studio Monitors, HD PC Speakers for Recording and Multimedia with Music Production Software

I've been rocking a pair of Creative speakers for the best part of 20 years, but I need something less tuned for gaming and music playback (e.g bass and treble heavy) these days but really can't afford to shell out a few hundred quid on a pair of pro monitors. Firstly, they come with all cables needed to plug into a PC and go, which is great. Secondly, and most importantly, they sound great! Highs and lows can be tuned to your preference (I turned the bass down a little and treble up a little) to suit my preferred levels and within a minute I had them sounding exactly as I wanted them to. Even podcasts sound better. As desktop PC speakers they are more than loud enough and there's no hiss, no electronic noise in the background and I really wish I'd bought these sooner. Absolutely delighted with this purchase. Read some reviews claiming these lack bass... no, they don't!

Well made. Solid. Roughly 15cm square and 20cm tall. All synthetic material but good quality. Sound? Great for £80 approx. You can adjust the bass and treble on the back of the powered speaker and those controls are very responsive. Brilliant high frequency response and good midrange. Acceptable bass, which is unsurprisingly not floor shaking but it is there and is smooth and refined. These are not pro studio monitors but are great for home use. They are very detailed, especially upper mids to high frequencies. I like them for vocals and guitar. Recommended. Great value.

The speakers are really good quality and the sound is really good too

For the price they are excellent, have tried 3 different makes and none match these M-Audio BX-3 range. I opted for the BX-3 because of size and output for a medium sized room and for price and performance I can't believe how good they sound. I hooked these speakers up to a Mac using bluetooth and DJ system to (with cables) to compare sound quality and was 'NOT' disappointed. Bass tones and hi-trebles are as good as any of the more expensive 'famous brands'. Multiple connections on the front include on/off with volume, aux and headphone controls are also on the front (saves moving speaker or reaching behind to change settings etc). These are solid (heavy) speakers that don't disappoint...

these Speaker are so great i have i oversize desk and these not only sound awesome but fit exactly where i need them

Studio Monitors. They are perfect for a small and modest Home Studio for music production. I choose them because of their dimensions - they are small. But they are very good quality per price. I use them to check how my music will sound in speakers. I still mainly use Studio Headphones. They have a flat answer in frequency. They are perfect for what they are made. If you buy them and complain could be because you didn't have done your homework. Yes, they do not have 'deep bass '. Because they are for a different purpose and they are small. The lowest frequency they can play is around of 70 Hertz. For 'booming' bass you may want a 20 Hertz which those small speakers can not fizicaly afford. Still, when I listen to others people music, I use a special beautiful piece of Open Source software to control the sounds: 'easyeffects' for pipewire; I don't use Pulse Audio (I replaced with pipewire). I want to mention that I use mainly Linux (Manjaro) and Open Source software.

Good sound and small enough so they dont take up a lot of space. I use them as monitors for my online radio station and they do the job well.

If you're beginning out making music or if you're getting into audio production but you have only been using standard speakers, Not studio monitors, Don't buy into the hype that you need to get extremely expensive studio monitors. These work fantastically! I can finally hear what I'm supposed to be hearing in my audio mixes and can get rid of unwanted noises or amplify noises I want more of. All the stuff I couldn't hear on my sound bar or bluetooth speakers, I can hear on this. And now that I've mixed some of my songs on these, when I listen on just my cell phone speaker to the songs themselves it sounds sooo much better already! You don't need to go for the extremely expensive studio monitors if you want to get into audio mixing for film or music. Just grab a pair of these to start and enjoy yourself my friend. You deserve it.

Ottimo prodotto di qualità, suono più che buono, utili le varie tipologie di ingressi, comodissimo lo switch sx dx, prezzo assolutamente adeguato. Ricordarsi di mettere i feltrini isolanti altrimenti sulla scrivania potrebbero vibrare e distorcere il suono (l'ideale sarebbe installarli su dei mini supporti)
