Purchased the shower system as part of my bathroom remodeling project. The shower system looks great, it is of very good quality, and it was also very well packaged. As we were building the walking shower we made some changes to our plans due to space constraints in the ceiling. I forgot that I had purchased a ceiling mounted shower and when I installed it at the end of the project a month later I realized that I could not install the shower head. Oops moment. I contacted the seller right away to see if they had a solution. They replied within the same day and offered to send me a wall arm for the shower head. Great service, I am very happy with my purchase. Update 05-27-2024. I needed to replace the faceplate that our cleaning staff damaged using an abrasive sponge. I contacted Sun Rise to purchase a replacement faceplate. They asked that I provide pictures. Within a day they sent me an email stating they would send me a new faceplate at no charge. Their after sale service is really good.

First off, I have never written a review before this one for anything. After receiving the product and having a communications with their customer service, I knew I was going to send a review to say the product is100% quality with no cheapened components. It's solid! The packaging blew my mind! Wish I would've taken a pic of that. And lastly I had to email customer service about a small area of chrome on an escutcheon was flawed. That happens. I received a very courteous response and apology for the inconvenience in less than 24 hrs. Kau from SR SUN RISE team also requested that I inspected all the parts one more time to "confirm" there were no other flaws. I saw such a minor one that would be covered up and Kau responded to that email in less than 24 hrs., that it will be replaced also. I was advised of shipping and when I would receive it, and it was timely. Customer Service and a company that stands behind their product gets 5+ stars. Although we're STILL WAITING on a shower door, so far this has been an excellent choice. Wish all companies operated with a customer first attitude. Product, Packaging 5 stars. Customer Service (Kau) gets a 10!

This is the second time I bought this rain shower. I installed one in my guest bathroom downstairs and loved it so much that I purchased it again for our Master upstairs. I never thought I would like a rain shower, but honestly, it’s the best thing ever!!!! You just have to experience it for yourself. You will never regret buying this brand. The hand held is also fantastic. It’s stylish and modern and so pretty. I would highly recommend it!! Please be aware that the extension pole that hangs from the ceiling comes in two lengths. I bought the shorter length for downstairs and the longer length for the Master. The difference between the two is about 4 inches. If your ceiling is low, the shorter length will probably work better.

I saw a very comparable shower set in a nice hotel in Italy, and when I redid my own shower I looked for something similar, and found this product. It looks just like the one I liked in Italy, and is very stylish and modern. I love that you can have water coming from the rainhead at the same time as the handheld head. I have moved and am buying the same shower set for my new bathroom. I have had it for at least 3 years and never had a problem.

I bought and had this shower system installed several years ago. It was high quality and worked perfectly. We bought a new house in November and bought the same unit again. Unfortunately within less than 30 days of use it began rusting. I contacted company and after showing them the pictures they sent a new shower head. I have not installed yet but I’m impressed with how the company reacted.
