They really are mouse size
They work but man are they small. About the size of a mouse trap but they work. I was able to put a poison block inside them and put them out and they do have evidence of being accessed so that's a plus. Great option for small pests. Suggest putting a rock on them so a larger animal doesn't haul them off

Best product I have used so far for mice.
Worked very well.

They work. Don’t lose the key.
They are small but they work great for outside hiding in trees. Quality is great.

Dishonest pictures, these are tiny (you know what you're doing...)
I got these thinking they were what is in the pictures for a severe vole and mouse infestation. The mice are plaguing my chicken coop for and their food storage area (disconnected shed). The voles are wrecking my plants, eating tubers and roots and bark of young woody plants. That being said... These are really small. They don't use the photos of the version they're selling in this listing. The version they're selling is tiny and you might be able fit a single one of those bait blocks with the hole in the center. Anyways, I put up the pros and cons for those of you who actually want this smaller version. Pros Voles did not hesitate to go in the very first day (mice took a day to really start using it). Securely locks Made in the USA They do what they're supposed to Cons Tiny, so with severe infestations you'll have to refill it daily 😡 Bait pellets easily come out when moved so you must secure it to the ground/floor for it to actually prevent unintentional poisoning of pets, kids, and other creatures. The "key" is kind of difficult to use. They don't provide anything to secure it to the ground (ground staples) despite being necessary if using pellets. They're overpriced.

I only worry about stray cats eating the dead mice.
Really good thing to have. We luve in the country and have mice come from the fields. I load them put them out and I just have to check them to see if i need to change the block. No cats or big animals can get in them.

Smaller Than Expected – Only Suitable for Very Small Mice
The overall design of this trap is fine, but I was surprised by how small it actually is. The entry holes are quite tiny—definitely only large enough for very small mice to get through. If you’re dealing with anything slightly bigger, this trap probably won’t work effectively. I think the size should be made more prominent in the product description or images so buyers know exactly what to expect. It’s a decent option for very small pests, but not ideal if you’re hoping for a more versatile trap. If you’re dealing with standard-sized mice or anything larger, you may want to consider a different model.

Small but usable.
As others have stated these are smaller than most of us would’ve expected. Living in the country and the field behind my home coming out each fall along with cooler weather always encourages mice to come indoors at my place. This year was not different. I wanted to get a better handle on it than years prior where I would find evidence of mice and then set traps. Some of the traps you buy they can carry with them or chew their way free and continue causing issues in your home (I speak from experience). For that reason I chose to go back to poison this year. Even that can be a challenge as some poisons take up to weeks to work. I did my research. I purchased a 9lb bag of poison and placed two outdoor poison containers in addition to these indoors using said poison. My noisy mouse was no longer making racket and getting into things within a couple of days. I was thankful. My only mistake was not buying the 12 pack as I now wish for more to ensure no matter what area they may be in of my home poison will be nearby to get them as soon as possible. I’d also like to add two additional outside stations to take care of my unattached garage. Those I prefer to be larger like the ones I placed outside of my home. These do the job indoors but living in the country we don’t have starving Ethiopian style mice here. I believe a one inch larger in either direction bait station would’ve improved ratings weather or not it’s honestly needed. Mine did just fine with the size received.

The best mouse deterrent I’ve used!
Mouse in the house? These are the answer. We had a big mouse infestation. I tried mouse traps which were not but so effective. The large glue traps worked but weren’t but only scratched the surface. I put off using these because of our dogs. I put these up high where the dogs can’t get them. These have done the job. No more mice!!! I put one in the motorhome when the power cord is and that works, too.
