Love it! This machine helped my knee that I injured to recover much quicker. The function of cold to hot is wonderful coming from one machine. This machine helped my inflammation in my injured knee to recover in 2 weeks which I have been fighting for 2 months. I no longer have to travel back-and-forth to the freezer to get my ice pack’s cold and wait again To heat up my heating pad. I love the fact that this has both options that easily converts from cold to hot and back to cold with a touch of a button.

This is a great product. Bought twice, 17 and 18. . Used one for knee and one for shoulder. Both failed despite following directions as well as trouble shooting. In several days sell has not resolponded. Very poor service. 6 mos guaranty a joke. Save your money. Positive reviews are from people who haven’t had the misfortune of units failing. And when they fail it has been both heat and cool.

Loved this until 2 months of using and it broke. I have back issues and thought this would be great but wasn't worth the money for only 2 months of use.

Products works well but the pads they offer don’t quite meet my needs. I have a serious insomnia condition and one of the things that helps is ice headwraps. The available pads work great but cover just the back or just the frontal area. For someone with aches in just front or back they are perfect. To the manufacturer: please, please, please make a pad that wraps around most of the head above the ears! If you do, you’ll be saving my life—no joke.

I just recently had rotator cuff surgery and without this device recovery would have been MUCH longer and pain would have be MUCH more difficult to manage. In short, this is a miracle machine. I ran the machine almost non stop for 2 solid weeks and still use it daily before and after physical therapy to "warm up the area" ahead of time and cool down to reduce pain and swelling afterwards. We bought he machine years ago for sports therapy for our children and it worked well then, but it was a must have for surgery recovery. If you are going to have or just had shoulder surgery, order this immediately, you won't be disappointed. I assume the other pads would do the same for knee, ankle or any other area procedures.

A total piece of junk being as politically correct as I could be. I have had three units and they all sucked. I sent them back for repair. One broke within 2 days after the company said that they fixed the problem. They said that you have to use the distilled water they provide not plain distilled water. I used the exact distilled water they actually sent withthe unit. They sent me out a second unit. It broke within 2 months and the third broke after 2 months. I followed their directions to the "T". I cannot tell you how bad this system is. I would not spend another dime on this unit. In fact, the unit is so bad that even if they gave me another one I would send it back. The unit was to help me with my headaches from a TBI injury I got during the war. I have to appologize to the American public because it was their tax money that paid for my unit. I can pay the American public back by NEVER having another unit and by telling all of you not to buy this unit. In case you cannot tell I am really upset with this company. It is not a wonder that they show a five star rating since they only have had one rating to begin with.
