this equipment is old / aging without the install instruction updated resulting in unnecessary difficult install

The main complaint is the positioning of the sensor on the in car brake pedal arm. Due to it's configuration, my size 10 shoe makes contact when braking.I suspect in time I will have to adjust it due moving or mal functiong. The sensor can not be moved up any further. Also, this equipment is old / aging without the install instruction updated resulting in unnecessary difficult install.
