OK. So I spend a lot on (and I mean A LOT) on Amazon and I never write reviews. Just not my thing. But I had to write a review for this product. These brackets are fantastic - attractive, sturdy. But what threw me was the screws - they are SUCH high quality. They don't strip or lose their black color at all even when your drill, set to 0 slip, loses grip repeatedly because you drilled the pilot hole too small and are throwing every ounce of your body weight against it to get it to drive. And they give you extra! Like, enough to mount 8.5 brackets in a 6-bracket box. I am saving alllllll of these extra screws; if I could buy them separate I would. It might seem like a small thing but hardware is usually a place companies skimp on HARD, and to be confronted with such quality was truly a breath of fresh air. The brackets take some mounting expertise to ensure everything is true - lots of measuring and leveling (some minor differences in angle + or - a couple degrees, but they're SOLID. I will be buying these again in the future. Kudos for an awesome product.

I bought these for garage shelving. They are definitely heavy duty! They should hold up really well for my garage storage. I have not put them up yet but some of the other reviews say the screws are subpar. The screws don’t look like they are the best quality or length, so if they are going to be holding a heavy weight across a longer span, then you might want to go to your local hardware and upgrade them or use them for shorter distances. Overall I am happy with them and picked them up for a great price for the quality of the shelf brackets

Outstanding quality; rigid enough to support 1.5" shelving with books atop (given appropriate dry wall anchors used). In terms of appearance, they're a perfect balance between hand-wrought and manufactured look.

It works as it should. I does look like it bends down after screwing to the wall but the level seemed spot on. Either way it hold up my shelf great

We're hanging some shelves that will hold some weight and wanted a minimal amount of shelf to show. It's about what's on the shelf, not the bracket. The black metal adds just a touch of style against the white painted wood shelves. They look great. The best part is that the screws go right into the middle of the shelf which makes it easy to hit the center of the stud. Standard box store lumber fits perfectly. A 1 x 10 fits like a glove and the small lip finishes off the classic look. Comes with all sorts of mounting hardware and the screws are decent quality and went in with no issue or stripping. I usually have to buy better screws but these were fine. At this price it really was an excellent deal and they are heavy duty. Win Win Win.

Love the look but will probably have to replace with another style . The brackets have been installed for only a couple weeks now and are already bending down because of the weight of the board .
