First I'll start by noting that I workout just about everyday and don't have the general muscle pain associated with working out as a novice would. That being said once I do plateau I tend to change my routine quite a bit and recovery does tend to vary. In taking the CreaGEN I notice an immediate difference in my recovery period.One will have to be reasonable with the products results as it is only 20 USD so don't expect this to be some sort of magic potion you mix to generate gains and decrease turnaround time. It simply aides in the recovery period while tasting pretty damn good. I will likely purchase again.

I've noticed no difference in taking this. Does not mix well, flavor is so-so.

Surprisingly there aren't many HMB + Creatine supps on the market. You'd think that would be more common since they're 2 of the few supplements that actually seem to do anything. That's why I wanted to try this since it had both HMB and Creatine while being cheap enough to give it a try.I wish I would have looked at the ingredients better before I bought it though. It's got a few fillers in it that just aren't needed (anti-caking agents just aren't needed most of the time). Since they're using cheap filler ingredients I have a feeling the creatine and HMB aren't that quality either.I did like the flavor though. I'll just have to look harder next time for something more quality or just continue to buy separate and mix myself.
