Would this hold 90mm X 50mm (American format) business cards?

Hi Michael my cards measure 85mm x 55mm and fit just right I think 90 mm would make it too tight for you, pity because it's a lovely case David

So too small for 8.8cm x 5.8cm business cards then?

I have a standard size business card and they fit fine.

How many cards do it hold?

I only put in 12 at a time, handy and smart.
