My favorite way to give my baby/toddler medicine! He takes this with ease and no fuss!!! he looks toward to it and even ask for more. Pro is not dealing with a liquid sticky mess like other medicines. Noticeably reduces a runny nose therefore helps him breathe and sleep better. I always feel much better knowing how natural the ingredients are and no dyes.

Love these and depend on them whenever my littles have gotten sick. Safe for babies 6 months and over which is hard to find and no syringe- easy little dissolvable pills that they welcome.

KEY: Start EARLY! When that nose is JUST barely beginning to drip that is when you want to go on full cold stopping mode. Here is what we do to stop a cold in 2 days. Follow the hyland dosage exactly. Use an alarm. Initially it's 4 doses for the first hour and then every hour. It's very frequent and it can be hard to remember. Taste: I've taken these and there's barely any taste to them. They pretty much dissolve in seconds. They are super tiny. Almost like a tiny marshmallow melting on your tongue. How it works: Our toddler has been taking this since she was 7 months old. When she was 7 months this was the EASIEST medication to administer. She hated seeing the dropper and pretty much vomited any medication we put in her mouth with the dropper regardless of how it tastes. She loved going to the mirror and watching the tiny tablets melt in her mouth. Frequency: As stated above, I wish the frequency was less. It's hard to do this every hour. Especially if your child is in day care. HOWEVER, when we follow the dosing we are able to stop the cold in 2 days. Symptom relief- I've noticed the symptoms are reduced in 5 hours but not fully gone. It really helps to decrease cough during the day. In my opinion the symptoms are only fully gone after the cold is gone. Which for us the shortest duration was 2 days. There have been times I started the medication day 2 or 3 into the cold and it felt like there was no use. I've only seen benefit when I started early. One bottle will typically last for 2 colds. Other things we do along with the hyland's tablets to stop a cold in 2 days: Zarbees cough and cold (dark honey), Steam, Vicks on the feet, humidifier at night

The difference is amazing — he perks right up after taking them, and best of all, he actually looks forward to it! No battles, no fuss, just relief. As a mom, I love knowing there are gentle, effective alternatives to the big medicine brands. These have become a must-have in our home, and I’ll definitely keep them stocked. Highly recommended for reducing//eliminating runny noses overall, but this product worked great for our 1.5 yr old. Like most parents, we were frustrated since almost nothing relatively safe exists on the market for babies under 2. Our pediatrician did recommend 2ml of Children's Benadryl for tough coughs for our 1.5 yr LO but for only runny noses and light coughing, we really looked & looked for safe and convenient alternatives. This product worked well: really well for reducing runny noses & ok for reducing coughs. We did not take a star off for not fully reducing a cough because in our experience, even the strongest adult cough syrups do not live up 100% to expectations. We have 2 LO's (that means "little ones" for the new parents trying to make sense of all the abbreviations on these reviews). One is under 4 & the other is under 2. This product has worked for both LO's for the past one year without any side effects. IMPORTANT: Please kindly always use common sense reading reviews. I know most of those who read this already know it but just a gentle reminder for those who need it: Every child is different. This is a homeopathic remedy, formulated based on a company's experience and knowledge. Like all remedies and even the "official" medicine approved by the FDA, not all things work for all people (babies included :D). We personally test all new products (medicines, foods, even skincare & bathcare) used on our kids in very small amounts just in case there is an ingredient in there that they are allergic to. We increase the amount we use gradually over 5-6 uses. This has helped prevent serious problems for us, so that is what we recommend for all parents.
