Is this the Brunette color?

There is no coloring to this product so whether you're blonde or a brunette you can still use. I am a mixture of the two hair colors and i love it.

When are you supposed to use this product? Before hair dryer? Do i need hair powder if i have this spray?

You spray it in before you blow dry your hair. I don't use hair powder but I guess you could use that after you dry your hair.
