How can I order a replacement part for this product?

Which replacement part would you like to purchase? You can contact us via Amazon Messages and we will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Does this work with only sinks that sit on top of the countertop or fits the one that is built in the countertop?

It fits both of the two types of sink. And you should confirm the size parameter before purchase. Fits bathroom sink hole diameter 1.46-inch to 1.9-inch. MAX. sink thickness 1.97-inch. Tailpiece diameter: 1 1/4". And remember to see whether the sink is with overflow or without overflow. It matches the sinks with overflow.

Is there any way to adjust the height of the stopper? It sits very far off the sink and looks odd when it is in the open position.

Try adjusting the stopper with the set screw on the stem of the basket. I see a screw that should allow you to move top down.

Can you use in a bathtub?
