TwinlabDaily One W O Iron

I've been taking this brand of multi-vitamins and minerals for quite some time and have been very satisfied. I want natural vitamins and I like them without iron since I'm past menopause and don't need it daily. For myself, iron tends to upset my stomach. For quite a while I used the "Daily 2" in the same brand so that the vitamins can be absorbed over the day rather than maybe some of them being eliminated as excess with one big dose, but I can't seem to find those anymore. Hence the 4 stars. BTW, if you have trouble with your gums at all, the daily vitamin C ( I even add 500 mg. more ) is very useful along with Omegas to knock that out. I kept having trouble and my dentist never even mentioned vitamins or nutrition, preferring expensive treatments, I suppose. But I "figgered" it out and have had no trouble since. Taking GOOD QUALITY daily vitamins really makes a difference in your overall health since our food is, well, not the best these days. This brand has a big range of minerals, also necessary.
