My product was not labeled in any way. How do I know what i got?

Mine was labeled either, but once I opened it and used it, it felt like what my dentist used.

Will this work for iron stains?

I have no idea; I use it to remove stains caused by berries (especially blueberries) and coffee. What would cause iron stains?
