Decoder won't stay connected to RTSP stream
The decoder disconnects from an rtsp stream in a few hours and will not reconnect automatically. I purchased four of these and they all have the same disconnection behavior connected to different different rtsp devices. I cannot suggest these for any decoding that needs to run 24/7. I purchased different decoders from Amazon and they worked much better and stay connected.

A bit complicated
The decoder is looking for the entire RSTP address Like the address, rstp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/554 Then the user name, then the user password. The correct syntax is required. No errors. Tech support is A+, in case you need it, but time shifted about 12 hours. Still, very good. Decoder html output is very good.

Single SRT decode is reliable. But the advertised multi decode is useless :(
I bought this for the feature advertised that would decode up to 4 SRT flows and make a multiviewer. Seems like this doesn't have enough processing. When trying to decode multiple SRT's it only refreshes a few frames per quadrant. So if you are buying to use the multi decode feature DON'T bother. But I will say the single SRT decode at 1080p60 has been very reliable. I've had it up for weeks and it just keeps going. The SRT listener/caller logic in the UI is goofy but with some testing I figured it out. Tried to see if there's an update of the firmware to fix my issues. But the support website is useless.

HaiweiTech H.265 H.264 4K 1080P Video Audio Decoder IP Camera Decoder No manual in the box. Nothing at all to tell you how to download a manual or website. I had to use other reviews to even get any headway. I returned this product. Purchased a competitor and entered exactly the same rtsp stream without any issues.
