too much vinegar not enough garlic and herb for me
i don't really like this version of a chimichurri. the prominent flavor is vinegar followed by a slight herbal note that i think is the parsley and a bit of garlic. i think of chimichurri as being a more herbal flavor profile and less vinegar. this would probably work well on chicken or even in a homemade salad dressing. on steak however it just doesn't work for me.
