Do you offer Trump toilet paper Or do you only offer white supremacist extreme religious hateful products?

No anti Trump individual has ever been able to actually find one example of him being racist that wasn't fabricated. Nice try.

I am pretty sure they are made in China.

Would these fit a men's size 13?

I don't know. My order was placed on 11/21 and left a facility in China on 11/26. There have been no updates since as to where they are or when they will arrive.
