Works as advertised. Good for older laptops which do not have built in wi-fi chips that support 5ghz. Connector is sensitive so not recommended if it will be regularly removed and plugged in. Had issues and had to replace after 10 months because of that. Best if left plugged in and not touched. Overall good value and much faster speeds.
