I'm recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so have to make some lifestyle changes. One of these is to be mindful of the amount of sugar consumed. Therefore the search for a sugar substitute was required. I've tried two other products, which I won't name because for what they do ticks the boxes, however I found in coffee & on cereal they left an unpleasant bitter aftertaste. Again the reason for not naming is because everyone's taste buds are different & some buyers might find these acceptable. However in my experience this sugar substitute is the best by a country mile. There is no bitter aftertaste that I can taste & it is has the closest sugar granule texture of the ones I tried. Recommended.

I like the purity of this product. It doesn't really taste anything like sugar, but it does add a different tasting sweetness which tastes ok. Quite expensive.

Great natural sweetener! The taste is clean and pleasantly sweet without the bitter aftertaste that some stevia products have. It dissolves well in drinks and works perfectly for baking and cooking. A little goes a long way, so the 1kg package lasts a long time. Very happy with the quality and would definitely buy again!

J’utilise cette poudre cristallisée Pure Via à la stévia depuis plusieurs mois maintenant et je suis vraiment ravie. Je cherchais une alternative au sucre classique, à la fois plus saine et agréable en goût, et ce produit remplit parfaitement son rôle. La texture est très proche du sucre, ce qui est un vrai plus : elle se dose facilement, fond bien dans les boissons chaudes comme le café ou le thé, et fonctionne aussi très bien en pâtisserie. Je l’ai testée dans des yaourts, des gâteaux maison et même dans des desserts pour les enfants, le résultat est impeccable. Côté goût, c’est clairement l’un des meilleurs édulcorants que j’ai essayés. Il n’y a pas ce goût amer ou artificiel que l’on retrouve souvent avec la stévia. Le pouvoir sucrant est bien équilibré, il suffit d’en mettre un peu moins que du sucre classique. J’apprécie énormément le fait qu’il soit zéro sucre, et plus respectueux pour les dents. Le format 1 kg est très économique et dure longtemps, surtout pour une utilisation quotidienne. Je recommande sans hésiter ce produit à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent réduire leur consommation de sucre sans frustration. Je rachèterai sans problème

I have been buying this product for a little over 2y now , LOVE it - this is my 8th bag. Do not go past it. No after taste, no chemical taste or smell - sweetens appropriately and is keto and suitable for pre diabetes which I am.
