machine works good lousy instruction manual lousy support nothing automatic about this machine turn on and let run no info on how much water it can hold or how long it can run unattended or how often it should be pumped out or if it can run continuous not even from support person you open support acct. and wait for reply call me is reply you get don't even know why they want your phone number guess its ok but if something about it is unclear not gonna get much help otherwise it does remove water at all temps
