Q: Can you put these in oven when making eclairs

i would think so. i used them for cookies at 180 deg and they did great. I have baked with them about 5 times now and they wash well and still are non stick in oven.

I’m assuming you want to put it directly on the Matt. The answer is yes

They’re made of silicone - hence the non-stick quality.

Q: Does it fit in microwave and is high temperature 250c or f

The small 1 would probably fit in a microwave, but don't know if safe to do so. And I cook most things at between 160c and 200c and has been fine.
