Top quality B’s without all the B.S.
This is not my first or second purchase of these Thorne B vitamins. Thorne is a trusted brand and one used by my functional doctor. The brand is straightforward and uses quality ingredients. This is especially important to me as I dont react well to supplements with fillers that actually stress my digestive system and end up doing more harm than good. Some ingredients can cause a reaction which initiates a histamine release and the body treats it as an allergen. The capsule size is reasonable too. They are highly digestible and don’t cause irritation in the stomach which has been an issue for me with other products. I get frequent bloodwork done by my primary physician so it’s reassuring to see my levels improve. B vitamins are essential for our nervous systems, and while I ensure my diet provides nutrients, they help support me and my hectic lifestyle.
