The Glass Jar is very fragile. It cracks when used. It can be very dangerous. And its replacement is very expensive, around 200AED. To avoid.

Worst things bought ever.. Plastic shaped so sheep.. Water leaks under cup stand on the first time used ... I am really want if the time comes back I will doesn't buy this a piece of scrap..

Its a bit complicated not easy to learn and use

It's very temperamental. The frothing wand does not work all the time and sometimes it does not have enough power to make a good froth. This after 1.5 months od sparing use.

I brought this machine as a gift for my husband and was really pleased. The espresso is really creamy and can be made in the same time it takes to boil a kettle. We haven't tried using it with any ese pods yet because he specifically wanted a machine that used 'proper coffee' but the manual indicates you can use pods if you choose. The filter machine also makes a good coffee and keeps its self warm on the hot plate. Note that you do not require disposable filters as there is a rreusable one in the machine. The steamer attachment makes lovely frothy hot milk for a lattee/hot chocolate, my only small criticism would be that the steamer could do with being a bit longer so it worked in deeper mugs but it really wouldn't be worth spending any more money on as it is such a minor complaint

Nachdem meine alte Krups-Kombimaschine nach 15 Jahren den Geist aufgegeben hat war es Zeit für einen Nachfolger. Die aktuelle Krups-Kombimaschine hat mir vom Design nicht gefallen, eine schicke Alternative war für mich die DeLonghi BCO 420. Nach einem Monat Betrieb kann ich nur Positives berichten: der Kaffee schmeckt super, mit dem mitgelieferten Gold-Filter fast perfekt. Die Kaffeespezialitätenzubereitung ist einfach und auch laktosefreie Milch bekommt man ganz toll aufgeschäumt. Die zweite Generation hat den bemängelten fehlenden Schwimmer jetzt eingebaut. Man kann ruckzuck Heißwasser für Teezubereitung erzeugen. Die Maschine macht einen optisch wertigen Eindruck, ist sehr gut verarbeitet und ist sehr ansprechend designed. Aber das Beste: die Milchschäumer-Düse geht super einfach zu reinigen. Ich kann diese Maschine uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Pour le petit déjeuner la cafetière est parfaite, facile à utiliser, silencieuse et rapide et en plus le café à bon goût.parfait Quand à la partie expresso c'est impéccable on peut faire indifférement un ou deux expressos délicieux avec une très belle mousse et bien chaud en très peu de temps car le temps de chauffe est très rapide et en plus on ne l'entend presque pas. Le seul petit bémol se trouve au niveau du réservoir pour l'expresso, car s'il est facile à entretenir en revanche le niveau d'eau n'est pas très visible mais bon, on s'habitue, le reste est tellement parfait qu'on oublie ce détail.

Sono molto soddisfatto di questo acquisto; già possedevo una macchina DeLonghi che funziona molto bene, così ho deciso di acquistare questa, si è rivelata un'ottima scelta: fa un caffè molto buono, sia l'espresso (che esce molto caldo) che il filtrato, di dimensikni compatte e buon design e un prezzo tutto sommato ragionevole. Lo raccomando davvero!
