Can I sanding this case before paint to white? And which grit should I use

Yes you can sand the metal parts and I would use a 600 or 800 grit

I plan on painting the case pastel pink and white (prob gonna paint the orange part white.) What kind of spray I should use and what's the process?

if your going to repaint you would have to sand the old paint off or ruff it up then do a primer. depends on the paint you use. you may have to do a clear coat after to seal it. hope this helps
