How is the safety flag attached to quick release? Is it with 1/2 mounting hardware that comes with flags or do I need a flag that has no hardware?

Is the threaded part of the bolt long enough to work with a mounting bracket hole that is .43" deep?

.043 thousands of an inch I would say it could mount up easley , if it don't send it back , amazon prime 👌
