Does anyone have assembly instructions? It did not come with a manual.

I am also missing half the instructions, steps 1-3. Did anyone find anything? I have steps 4-9 I will post pictures in a review dated 2/6/21. If anyone has steps 1-3 please do the same.

I havent receive my chair waiting since june 2nd. is it a scam... excuses about covid cuz ups has a number that nobody can track...

Same here. I haven't received an item since last 10 days. UPS site shows "Label Created" on Jun-21-2021 with "Next Day air service". There is not further update on UPS site when I try to track. Shipping delayed.

Why is this chair for women not unisex ?

Just read the product dimensions and see if it’s right for you. I would disregard the previous answer of delayed gender equity in Asia. The majority of task chairs, including ergonomic chairs have been designed for the proportion of 6’-5” males, with early data from military personnel members. One good example is the famous Aeron chair - which only very recently have the manufacturer created a smaller size version. Truthfully, many office furniture are not made for women and the idea of universal design is only starting to catch on in the United States, never mind other countries.

Has anyone had any trouble attaching the wheels? None of the ones provided fit inside base.

Same here. None of the wheels will snap in. There is a "circle ring" on each caster that is a bear to remove and replace in the slot. Why am I the only other person having this problem. No else mentions this in their review. Makes me a little angry. No mention of this circle ring in the instructions. Bummer!!
