Primal Hickory Smoked Meatless Jerky

This is my first month as being vegan so the flavors, textures and smells of meat are very much so fresh in my memory. This is one of the first vegan jerky's besides the Beyond Beef ones, that actually tick all three boxes. I will be honest, after having tried several types I wasn't expecting much. I am so glad this surprised, me because it's delicious! It tastes like the Jack Link pressed meat jerky, I couldn't believe it.

I included a photo of the package and then when I ripped it open so you could see the look of the product itself. It has a nice hickory smoked flavor, reminds me a lot of actual jerky (I have been vegetarian for years now but I did used to like jerky so I am comparing it to some I had from Walmart or gas stations). So the flavor is great. It is more chewy than most jerky I think it’s less like tough and that kind of texture where it like rips off little stringy bits it that makes sense. So if you prefer it not like that and more just chewy then that’s great! My only real complaint is it is VERY STICKY!!!!! It will get all over your fingers be careful opening the package it is incredibly sticky but the flavor is great I would definitely buy again

These taste so similar to real beef jerky, and the texture is spot on. I've tried the teriyaki flavor of this brand before but after trying this flavor I definitely prefer this one

Ripoff alert. 5 bucks for one piece. Bad ripoff.

I've tried a few vegan jerkys in my day and none of them have impressed me like this one (so far)!!! If you're hesitant on getting it just buy it you'll thank me later. I ordered the hickory smoke flavor which had a nice savory taste, the texture is chewy enough to pass for jerky although it is more on the moist side. Only thing that sucks it's the amount per package :( I wish they sold them in bigger quantities because you only get 2 small nuggets boo

I love to of the other flavors of this brand and wondered why I never give this one a shot. I’m sure it is really tasty to most people it’s just a little bit too much smoke for my test. I still ate it but I will not buy this flavor in the future I will stick to teriyaki and barbecue

Super tasty! I love the flavor of it. My only complaint is that it gets stuck in my teeth really bad.

Primal vegetarian jerky...Come down in price and I'd buy a ton of this!
