We used this book with our kids to talk about feelings. The kids sometimes refer to the book and ask if they can look at it to know what to do.

Can't fault this book. Gives scenarios that children can identify with making it easier to identify how they might feel about a similar event in their own life. Has helped my grandchild to express more of the emotion usually kept inside.
