It cancels the gun shots no matter the volume. They work based on a certain decibel. So the volume is only for everything thing else below that level

Hello, the black band is 2 1/8" wide and 11 1/4" lung. My wife's head is medium and mine is large and we have two pairs. They fit both our heads nicely. They work very well and are a fair price.

Mine didn't come with batteries. Does anyone know what voltage these are so I can try to recharge mine? Otherwise mine are worthless
