Nice finish and easy to clean and does a great centre piece!

I bought this to make a layered cake that has pudding between the layers. Ordinarily the recipe is a sheet pan recipe, but I wanted it to look prettier. It turned out great. Note that you do have to "scoop" anything out, so it's best for things you don't want to look like a perfect slice on a plate. It would serve a large group/party any kind of dessert. You can also use it for pre-packaged items to make your kitchen look prettier. I keep granola bars/snacks by the kitchen door to grab on the way out to work and errands. I transferred them to this and it actually looks cute, not clashy/trashy. Better than granola bar boxes on the counter.

Heavier than expected, great size for average trifle.

This trifle bowl is just lovely and I have used it at several events since purchasing. It looks like a vintage piece from someone's great-grandmother's estate sale. It's gorgeous. The glass is thick and beautifully designed. The bowl is sturdy and looks more expense than the price tag reflects. One of my daughters-in-law asked for one for Christmas!

Itโs a bit smaller than our previous bowl, but has a nice design and is certainly big enough for a trifle dessert or a fruit salad
