Very Effective
You must have to combine it with hyaluronic acid supplement. It’s a perfect combination. I bought it to my mother for the knee’s pain and she LOVES IT! She felt a pain relief in a few days to use it. Very effective. Also, try to use a collagen. Then, I had to buy this pairs of supplements to my auntie, she didn’t believe the pain relief of my mother as quickly

Quick results!
I like this product because it is only one small capsule per day. I once heard Dr. Oz explain the benefits of egg shell membrane, so I sought out this product. I have had capillary reactions to glucosamine joint formulas and this one contains no glucosamine or chondroitin. I love that it contains hyaluronic acid (lubrication) astaxanthin (eyes and joints) and Boswella (which seems to be anti-inflammatory). When I experience a knee, leg, foot, or shoulder flare-up i get back on this supplement and usually am back to normal by the third day. I take a couple months of this following any new aches.

Helped me
It has helped me very much. My knee feels great. I think it felt better in a couple of weeks,but even better after a couple of months. I highly recommend giving it a try. Everyone is different but I feel it's the best short and long term treatment out there. Only wish they had some deals on it .

Didn't know it was working, until I wasn't taking it anymore!
I started taking Dr. Mercola's joint formula to help with my joint/knee pain. After taking them for a month, I wasn't sure it was really working, so when I ran out, I failed to get more. After about 3 or 4 days, I started noticing all my joints aching, and I couldn't figure out why. Then it hit me, I hadn't been taking Dr. Mercola's joint formula any more!!! I hurried and bought more, and started taking them again. I wont let myself run out again.
