Lily Cup One - The Collapsible Menstrual Cup for Beginners, Period Cup for Teens

Very good menstrual cup, i love it! It’s tiny and super soft silicone so it's very comfortable and I can’t recommend it enough. The only downside is the low capacity, so on my heavy day it holded exactly 7 hours, otherwise i am using it for up to 12h. Note: I am 39 years old, no kids or pregnancies before, physically active, so it worked for me as well, even though it's recommended for teenagers.

It has taken me 6 months to get used to this cuo. I primarily use it at night because the ring is actually uncomfortable if you're being very active during the day. And the vacuum on this cup is actually insanely good. The bad part about that is it is a little harder to remove. So as a beginner I only started reaching for this cup after I got comfortable with removal.

Pour des règles à flux légers ou spotting réguliers c’est parfait . Cup Assez confortable une fois qu’on a le coup de main pour bien la placer . Je ne m’en passe plus et cela évite de mettre des protéges slips tous les jours 👍

Ho provato varie coppette, di vari brand anche noti. Una era troppo rigida, l'altra troppo grande, una si toglieva male.... insomma un disastro. Quando ho deciso di acquistare la Lily cup One non sapevo più cosa aspettarmi. La prima l'ho usata per 2 anni e poi sterilizzandola me la sono scordata sul fuoco fino a bruciarla, così ne ho subito ricomprata un altra. È piccola, ma capiente, ho un flusso abbondante, molto morbida e non invadente, comoda perché si ripiega e ha la sua custodia. La coppetta è una cosa molto personale non è facile trovare quella giusta, ma questa per me è eccellente!

De muy buena calidad, pero es un poco pequeña. Definitivamente recomendable para adolescentes pero no para adultos.

Ich habe mich für diese Menstruationstasse entschieden, da ich auf mehreren Blogs gelesen habe, dass sie für Anfänger und Teenager geeignet sein soll. Nach der Bestellung kam sie pünktlich zu Beginn meiner Periode an, sodass ich sie sofort testen konnte. Meine größte Angst war es, dass sie in mir "verloren" gehen würde, doch bis jetzt war es kein Problem sie zu entfernen. Die Größe und das Material sind sehr angenehm und generell erweckt diese Tasse einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Schon nach dem ersten Einführen war sie dicht und das Tragegefühl ist auch angenehm. Für Jugendliche, wie mich, eine tolle Tasse.. :) Einzig die Verpackung könnte weniger "Müll" enthalten und die Anleitungen (zB Faltungstechniken) etwas ausführlicher beschrieben werden.
