Is the smoker stainless steel?

It seem to be, there are many false types of stainless steel.

does this set includes the smoker pellets?

You would need to buy the smoker fuel separately. Smoker pellets don't work very well or last very long. I like a bit of newspaper for starter at the bottom and then strips of burlap/gunny sack available on Amazon. Stays lit well and burns a long time.

Do the gloves, or any of the items, contain latex? The gloves smell very similarly to latex and only have a tag saying "100% laetear"

Gloves I owe do not seem to have latex, but that word laetear seem to indicate latex.
