Can you set the music play time if i only want my child to listen to a certain amount of minutes before bed?

This product only has the function of timing alarm clock. You can set the alarm clock time and set the music you want in the USB storage disk as the ring, but the music can only be played for one minute. If you don't turn off the alarm, it will continue to ring in five minutes

Do this work with Alexa ?

I don't see why it wouldn't because it's a Bluetooth speaker. My Alexa works with my Bluetooth..
