Do the padding’s and seams show under leggings?

I wear them under my Lulu shorts and it doesn’t show but I assume if you wore something that is tight then they will show some but these truly do not show THAT much because of where the padding is placed. It’s placed mostly in the crutch area because that’s what touches the bike seat. They are high up on your cheeks where a diaper look might be! I was happy with them and I wear them after a bike ride without concerns about looking ridiculous! You will be pleasantly surprised as well!

The size chart is really throwing me off. I'm 5’6", 180, 33" waist, 42" hip. Which of those is what I should be going by?

Just order the size that is the same size as you’d order your regular underwear. If you normally wear a medium, order medium. Hope they helps.
