I love it! The lights, the easy function buttons, and light water noise it makes. Overall, its a great device and atheistically pleasing to look at. I bought this for my office desk as its very stuffy. I bought this diffuser on February 5th and on February 20th it broke. However, I reached out to the company directly and they gave me some troubleshooting instructions and also offered me a replacement. I tried to troubleshoot before asking for the replacement, but it seemed I had a defective device. Non the less I let the company know and they had a new diffuser sent within 3 days. Also they have followed up multiple times to ensure the new device works and for updates. The customer service is amazing, and I appreciate the follow ups they’ve provided me. Since then the new device has worked perfectly, just make sure to properly clean your diffuser.

I bought this diffuser at a moment when I urgently needed to turn my home into a more relaxing space. Between daily stress and constant noise, I felt like I had nowhere to truly unwind. From the very first night I used it, I noticed a difference — the atmosphere felt calmer without any distracting sounds. What really impressed me is how quiet it is. No dripping, no annoying noise, it just works. I leave it on while I sleep and the scent lasts for hours, creating a very soothing environment. The size is also perfect; it easily covers larger spaces without needing constant refills. I also feel more at ease thanks to the auto shut-off feature. I can use it overnight without worrying if it runs out of water. And the marble-style design is beautiful, it actually looks like part of my decor instead of just another device. Honestly, this was a purchase worth making. If you’re looking to create a peaceful space at home and truly relax, this diffuser delivers without any hassle.

This diffuser works very well and puts out a nice amount of mist, even in a larger room. Easy set up, looks nice, and helps the scent spread evenly without overpowering. I also like that it runs quietly, which makes it good for everyday use or at night.

I have never used one of these before so I felt quite novice at getting it set up and ready to go. First off it's super cute and not obstructive to decor, except maybe the white power cord. I'd have preferred black. It has multiple setting for the light, the weight of the mist, the type of mist (constant or intermittent) and the timer, which each have their own button on a remote control that you repeat press to scroll through the options. Each setting beeps. There are also control buttons on the unit itself, so it's not dependent on the remote control to operate it. Pretty simple. It has a 1, 3, and 6 hour setting and shuts itself off after your selected time. It also has an always on setting which the description indicates will auto shut off when the water level gets too low. It holds 500mL and has a max fill line, but I have no idea if it's advised to fill it less than that if I plan to use it for shorter periods of time with different oils each time. This thing came only with care and operating instructions, no how to use instructions. Again, I'm new so that was disappointing. It did come with 3 essential oil samples. In mine there was orange, lemon and lavender. Not sure if that's standard for all orders. As of this review, I've only used the diffuser once, with the lemon, and it was nice. My 29 year old son even commented unsolicited that he liked the scent. I bought this to run a few hours while I sleep, and it was REALLY quiet and has very dim light setting options to keep a dark room dark. I didn't count the light setting options, but there are a lot, more than I will every use, but great that I was able to find the perfect one for me. Again being a novice, I had to google how much oil to use and was pretty surprised for some reason that a full 500mL requires 15-20 drops. I used 20 and it seemed fine, pleasant, not overwhelming. I would highly recommend this diffuser.

I bought two of these in May 2025. One for me and one for my father. I did enjoy it for that little time until about 1 month ago. It just began to stop working properly. I would definitely turn on the lights to change while diffuse, would be on for a couple of hours. Well now, I do the EXACT same thing and within just not even 5 minutes, it’s off. I have cleaned it every time I have used it. When I was not using it was cleaned out. I’m using good diffuser oils. It was in a safe space. It was never dropped or damaged. Regardless of those things, it should not have just stopped working like that. I feel like it was something possibly related to electrical function, or it’s possibly just a cheap made diffuser just looks pretty! Sad thing of all— both me & my fathers is doing the same thing!! Disappointed. **UPDATE 1/8/26: after I posted this review they contacted me within a very acceptable timeframe. They surprised me TOTALLY! From all the businesses I’ve purchased from on Amazon, this is the first business that has surpassed my expectations. They contacted me, apologized, and offered me a refund for 2 of my purchases, PLUS REPLACEMENTS!!!! This is a very good business without a doubt. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I absolutely love this diffuser! It was super easy to set up right out of the box, and within just a few minutes my whole room smelled amazing. I’ve been using it with lavender oil in the evenings, and it creates such a calming, relaxing atmosphere. One thing I really appreciate is how quiet it is—you can barely hear it running, which makes it perfect for nighttime or even while working. The mist output is steady and not overwhelming, and it does a great job filling a medium-sized room. The design is also a big plus. It looks clean and modern and blends in nicely with my home decor. The soft LED light is a nice touch, especially in the evening, but I also like that I can turn it off if I want complete darkness. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to make their home smell great and feel more relaxing.

I bought this for my wife because she is very picky and if its going to be on the counter, it better look good. It works well, holds a decent amount of water and matches the aesthetic. It doesn't take too long before you need to really give it a good clean, there is a residue that can appear on the top of the container. Make sure to clean it often other than that, this is an awesome product.
