The benefits of this item are noticed within a day. It definitely provides focus and mental clarity. The pack says you can take 3 scoops a day if I remember correctly, but if you are a very analytical thinker typically, I would stay with one scoop a day.

As an older person, I have begun to suffer with short term memory loss. A friend of mine, close to my age, told me he had the same problem. So he started taking Ginko and saw improvement. I decided to give it a try. I chose this brand because it is organic and a great value. My friend is purchased non-organic ginko. A one month supply cost him about $20 from a major health food chain. This package gives me about 325 days (2 scoops daily) for about the same cost as my friend pays. Not the very best tasting powder. I put a scoop on my tongue and immediately chase it down with the liquid of my choice. The very first day I took it, I noticed my mind seemed to be clearer and sharper. After the first 3 or 4 days, my short term memory loss began to improve. Over time, I expect it to get even better. I strongly recommend this product for anyone have the same issues as myself.

I regret this purchase. It’s not third-party tested who knows if this product has heavy metals in it there’s a lot of things that could be hitchhiking into this product without the benefit of third-party testing for purity. I regret buying this. Updating my review. I was afraid to use this product and I let it sit on my shelf for like a year. I have dementia and I was having some difficulties so I decided I would try the product and not worry about heavy metals. I very quickly had massive improvement of my cognitive function, I have tons more mental and physical energy in my mind is sharp again. I’m truly amazed at how quickly and how dramatically I have improved. I think it’s the Ginkgo, I also started some whey protein, but I don’t think the whey protein is doing it.
