I was quite sceptical about this product as I suffer from quite nasty contact dermatitis and have tried pretty much every prescription treatment with limited success. My hands are red, patchy, flaky, split, weeping, blistered, itchy and infected. Now this cream is expensive but a little goes a long way so that's okay. It's quite greasy when it goes on (it's mostly petroleum jelly e.g. Vaseline) and takes a while to soak in so I often put it on before bed or if I'm sitting down to watch TV. It's no miracle cure but has helped me to get my condition under control. It helps trap moisture in the skin and has reduced the number of pustules dramatically and pretty much stopped cracking. The mild antimicrobial properties help to control infection and leave me with less pus filled blisters than more aggressive products like Dermol. It pretty much has no smell, which as a guy makes it nice and discreet to use as opposed to over perfumed moisturisers. When I rub it in it feels warm and soothing (it retains some of the heat generated when vigorously rubbing it in) and means that I can rub away at an itch without damaging my skin further. So it's no miracle but has really helped me get near normal use of my hands for the first time in about four years. So I would definitely recommend giving it a go, it's cheaper than a lot of products and has worked for me, so you never know what's going to work for you! However I did get one of the old style tubes where you need to pierce the inside using the cap, but with a new style cap that doesn't have the point to do so, so I had to open it with a knife but that doesn't effect the product.

This product did its job well! My daughters lips was so dry, she can peel som dry skin from her lips and caused her lips to bled. I bought and tried this and it really helped. I even use this for my hands, dried because of washing very often. They say this is just vaseline, maybe yes but the papain from papaya helps a lot. Thank you for this wonderful product! Sure to buy more if I empty my 4 tubes.😅

Ich arbeite am Flughafen wo die Luftfeuchtigkeit sehr gering ist, daher trocken meine Lippen super schnell aus. Mit diesem Produkt habe ich sofort samtweiche Lippen. Zudem habe ich dies sogar für ein Mückenstich ausprobiert - es funktionierte... kein jucken mehr. Einfach tolles Produkt. Die nächste Bestellung kommt sicher wieder

E' un unguento che mi ha cambiato la vita. Da quando l'ho provato, non ho piu' avuto labbra screpolate (nonostante le mie fossero sempre disastrate). Lo ricomprerei altre mille volte. Super pratico il tubetto, forse poco igienico se usato fuori di casa ( ma vista la consistenza molto ricca è inevitabile usarlo solo la sera prima di andare a dormire, quindi il problema non si pone). Lavora meglio di tante maschere labbra di grandi marche che costano il triplo e lasciano una patina insopportabile. ADOROOO
