Why do my lights flickers? I barely installed them today and I switched up the wiring but they still do that.

Do you have to remove the mirrors to install?

No, you do not need to remove the mirrors. You can place a small screwdriver between the mirror and housing. Then push the release tab and the light pops loose. Then pull that side down and it’ll snap out of the mirror casing. Pull the light out and swap it with new (wiring doesn’t matter which way you plug it in) and place it back in with the nub first and then push it up and the release tab will snap it back in place. Took five minutes to change out the lights.

One of my mirrors have the correct connections but my other mirror has an updated mirror that the puddle light takes a 194 bulb?

As long as the inside connection is still the 2 wires, these should work. This is the entire bulb and housing. These also had leader wires from the housing to give you a little more wiggle room. Make sure you tape off each connector once installed so they don’t short out inside the mirror housing

Just arrived this afternoon and I installed them tonight. Easy plug and play connection. Took about 5-10 minutes to complete the installation. I added shrink tubing to give extra sealing for weather. They are brighter than my previous LED bulbs I had before. Driver side photo old light (not original) passenger side new light. You can see the difference in light output. They fit perfectly on my 2013 f150. Will see how they last, but first impressions are good.
