Easy to take, dissolves nicely and no bad taste.

Easy to dissolve under tongue. Just keep track of any other supplements containing zinc so you don't over due it.

Works to prevent colds

Works a little too good lol. I took these daily during the end cold and flu season as that's when I normally get sick and I in fact did not get sick, but I did get copper deficiency. Not the supplements fault as I was unaware I needed to take copper as well if you supplement zinc.

I swear by these for illness prevention when traveling and to help combat at onset of any bugs. Taste is stage but it supposed to be. Good enough to tolerate if it makes me feel better quicker
