I purchased Smart Ink 4 pack as a replacement for my HP 902 ink cartridges. The directions to install the replacement cartridges was extremely helpful in avoiding any HP FW issues. Upon installation, the black cartridge worked as expected, but there were issues with the colored ink cartridges. I contacted Smart Ink and they expedited a replacement Ink 4 Pack. I have installed the replacement color cartridges and the issues with the color cartridges are resolved. I appreciate the quick response by Anna and the Smart Ink Team in quickly resolving my issues.

I have purchased them before and they worked well. I was so happy with them that I purchased another box a couple of months ago to have on hand when needed. I just went to use them on the weekend and the new box of cartridges is not recognised by my HP printer. What has changed?? What can I do? I have googled and tried all the tricks, but my printer still doesn't recognise the chips.

I find this ink just as good or better than the HP ink . I like the fact the cartridges are clear and I can visually see which ink is low visually . I bought a set of this ink and worked great so I bought 2 more . I had an issue with the next inks as I had updated my printer and the printer wouldn’t accept the ink , so I called customer service . I had very little wait time and customer service was excellent at resolving the issue . I highly recommend

This is the second time I purchased ink from Smart Ink.The first set of cartridges installed and worked as they should.The ink lasted a good while and the printed pages looked great.The second time I ordered ink I had an issue with the black cartridge only, printer would no recognize it. (The color cartridges worked just fine).I emailed Smart Ink Customer service to let them know about the issue that I was having with the black ink and they responded almost immediately.They sent out a replacement cartridge the next day and I was back to printing.I could not have asked for better service than what I got from Smart Ink they were great and I will purchase from them again.
