THE DECK IS NEW , But I found the following description from a shop in the UK:Bicycle Skull by USPCC By The USPCCThis design was taken from a historic plate in the Bicycle® Brand archives, then updated for the 21st century. The back design is black and white, though we kept the standard four colours on the back of the deck. Perfect for pirates, villains, or anyone whose wardrobe is bursting with black.o, chances are the FACES are colored, but I cannot be certain without opening the deck, which I cannot do and still call it NEW. Sorry, but thats the best I can do.The Skull Deck features original artwork on the card back and the Ace of Spades. These decks were printed in the USA at the United States Playing Card Company and printed on premium stock with a quality finish.All the best,JOE VBG BOOKS
