Vision Grills Lava Cooking Stone for Pizza, Meats, Seafood and Vegetables -Large 14"

Smoked a brisket and some ribs and the result was perfection . Brisket was tender, juicy with a beautiful smoke ring and the ribs were delicious! The stone clean up was easy, just turn the stone over and burn the drippings off and it’s ready for the next time! LOVE IT !!!!!

This is perfect for my kamado grill. Excellent as a heat diffuser and great to cook on. Be sure to treat/season the lava stone before first use. Rub olive oil on both sides and heat the grill up to about 300.

Holding -up well in moderate use on a standard Webber Grill. Great item for cooking fish, pizza, chicken, etc. Just be careful flipping it over (which is the best way to have a clean surface to cook on). This is the second Lava Cooking stone that I've had and it stays on the grill at all times. The last one broke from some tough use but I still used the pieces to cook on until they got too small. I plan on being a bit more gentle with this one but they do a great job of indirect heat and searing food. Much better than the thin clay / ceramic stones.

I needed to replace the one I had which is beginning to crack down the middle after lots of use. The new one fits perfectly and arrived quickly after my order

Make sure you get the right size! Haha. I got the small one on accident and they were great at sending me the label to ship it back for a full refund so I can get the right size. Have used it twice now and it works great.
